Former Sounder Blaise Nkufo coaches PCSL Challenge Cup winners

BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA— Blaise Nkufo made 11 appearances for Sounders FC back in 2010, scoring 5 goals along the way. It was at the end of an illustrious career that famously saw a statue erected for him.

Where is Blaise now? In greater Vancouver BC and still involved with soccer. Most recently he coached the FC Vancouver Tigers Rino to the Pacific Coast Soccer League (PCSL) Challenge Cup Championship.

Nkufo has set up https://blaisesoccer.com/ as a youth elite training business. His joining the Tigers was announced in this article from 2015.

The Challenge Cup Final was a wild 4-4 draw which eventually went to penalty kicks. The Tigers survived the shootout 4-2 to claim the cup.
